Brutal Doom (it's a pk3 but it's technically the same) UAC Doomsday.Ancient Aliens, Valiant, Eviternity, Auger Zenith are some of my favorites that don't get too bad difficulty-wise, though they can get quite challenging in places. I think I found Going Down harder than those at its hardest, but that's subjective of course.
