In my opinion, if you want to stream it, you should not use Stretched Resolution -- it just doesn't look good, which is precisely why Epic Games has worked so hard to disallow it. I am absolutely aware there are some people who prefer the look of Stretched Resolution, but I am fairly certain they are in the minority -- so keep that in mind.
