This pic may shed some light on the Security 9 feed problems. Below are my (3) 9mm barrels all Rugers. On the left, my good old P-85, ctr my new Security 9, rt almost new EC9s. My wife says she don't see it, but IMO, the loading ramp on in the center is tapered (narrow on the bottom + wider at top. Security 9 light strike issue resolved, finally! I bought a new Security 9 a few months ago and from day one I had light strike issues with it. Lately it's been 2-3 times per mag which is pretty bad. I was shooting factory Blazer Brass 115's and 124's as well as my reloads and the problem persisted no matter what ammo I used.
