Over the years we have gotten so many ridiculous abilities with kingpin/stoic/leech etc. that this feels very tame compared to those things. Nonetheless, this is still a very solid and tanky build. Good damage, 2 shot armor, 2 shot health. ICTV is the most popular with Stoic, but you can build it with suit/LBV if you want.
