Check your Tazer JL firmware version: if it is 11.3.7 it DOES have an issue that will drain your batteries. Update the Tazer to the latest version (11.4.1 now), and problem should go away. We had problems with our JLU, replaced it with a JLURD. (Right now the JLU is having other JL issues - oil cooler, cam shaft, valves - about 1/2 of an engine swap). Since we got the JLURD, we then have virtually never used ESS - but still that little battery has caused headaches.I got out the trusty Fluke meter and it read 8.4 volts on both the main battery and the N1 stud for the ESS battery.
