Fraud is very, very rare. I suspect 98% of people screaming fraud from missing orders did in fact deliver to the wrong address. People with lots of order issues are just bad shoppers, nothing using insulated bags, picking poor quality produce orders expired items.You can report fraud if you want but that will only put a notation on the customers account and notate the missing item on your list as "Fraud Reported" .
