Published Mar 18, 2014. AnthonyRay. 14 Posts. Hello, I took the NCLEX and got the "good pop-up" via the PVT. Honestly, I don't feel like I did well at all on the exam. My exam was cut off after 75 questions. I had at least 15 SATA questions, and 4 or 5 drop/order questions. I honestly thought I was failing the whole time.ADMIN MOD. Just took the Next Gen Nclex and got the good popup! PASSED. This is my second time taking the NCLEX, first time was the old gen and got to all 150 questions. Gonna write this up in a way to answer all the questions im expecting to get but feel free to comment and ill reply asap. What did I think of next gen? Hi everyone! This is such great news! I took mine today at noon and have gotten the good pop up 3 times now. This 48 hours is so painstaking! I just cant fully relax. Glad to know the PVT worked for you. It worked for my PN in 2020 so I'm hoping it is still accurate for my RN I did around 50-100 questions a day. I completed Lippincott Q&A NCLEX-PN's comprehensive tests, slowly. I would do about 20 questions then go back and mark correct or incorrect, then I would read the rationale and write out a brief summary in my own words. I completed all of UWorld's test bank for "Adult Health" and augmented my notes accordingly.

Took Nclex today. Cutoff at 85. Certain my final question was answered correctly. Went home, tried the pop up test… good pop up! It won’t feel real until I can audit my license with the state. The exam was not that bad. Didn’t use u world or those other study formats as I was not going to pay for it.
