Never again. I've had aiwit doorbell camera for almost a year, At first, the cloud storage subscription is suppose to be $18.99 for a year. Then i realized they were charging me that amount every three months. So, i canceled the subscription and installed a sd card. It's been working great until a couple of days ago. The one-star rating is solely based on the response from Aiwit customer service. I had intended to purchase additional cameras, but if this is the way customer service responds to new customers with an issue, I will be looking for a different provider. Date of experience: June 27, 2023 Aiwit - daylight robbery. Bought two doorbells just over a year ago with free limited cloud storage which is all I wanted. As others have reported suddenly the free access was removed and I was forced to pay nearly £60 to view any videos recorded. There was no prior warning of this and it amounts to extortion. Absolute crap, I brought my Aiwit camera nearly 2 years ago now they want me to pay a subscription for the playbacks, I’m already paying for cloud storage so they can go and do one , absolute rip of you bunch of morons.
