I have recently updated the Xfinity Stream app to my LG Web OS tv. I have turned off any setting related to close captioning on the tv, within my online xfinity account and on each network when viewing. After leaving and returning back to Xfinity Stream to watch their tv channels, the close captioning text continues to display.
