It doesn't matter if the PO thanks a single route will go down or not, it is ALL or none for a September National count. There have NOT been any "mini counts" as of yet so it's not "doing that". Mini counts are AFTER RRECS is implemented. The Data the PO has is from the last mail count of 2018 & scanner data.

If you are making delivery of the packages at the door , you should actually see a good amount of increase in parcels at door credits , out of route walking credit etc . I would assume system were giving you in mailbox credits only for those items in last count . You see those numbers when you get your 4241 after the count .
