Managers are too busy and overwhelmed to manage staff well. Lifestance needs to hire experienced. and mature managers. Horrible customer service, apathy, instability. 30 minute hold times, then you get disconnected and agent doesn't even have the decensy to call you back. Doctors disappear overnight and they leave patients scrambling to find a new Dr. while their prescriptions run out. Awful people who don't care.
