my 99 vulcan 800 B is having clutch problems. it has 18,600 miles on it and the clutch pack seems to stick. i either have to throttle my motor or wait a second on two after i pull the clutch lever for the clutch to release. it makes it hard to shift at times. is there a problem and is there a fix for this problem.Vulcan Clutch Problem. You DON"T want to leave it in the prime position , this will cause flooding into your cylinders and crankcase contaminating your oil as the bike sits. 95 800A. No problem on the post.
