Hi.. Former sorority member here. I can 100% confirm that sorority hazing (especially in the north) is bad. At my school, my sorority’s process is known to be the worst there is. I’m talking about getting lined up in the basement and getting screamed at by a PM, APM, and upperclassmen. Well, I spent about a year giving speeches in fraternity and sorority meetings about sexual assaults as those "educational" programs greek life does. I saw that some people didn't like the status quo and wanted change. I figured if I could get into greek life in a leadership position my voice would count more.
