Only the switch panel needs to be removed. To remove it just pull up on it in the front then pull the back out. It is held in by spring clips. Once it is off there is one 8mm bolt behind it. No clips holding in this door panel. Once all the bolts are out and speaker is out the panel pulls straight up and off. Very easy.Door panel removal 2003 F150.
